What areas do you service?
We service all of Australia and have dedicated local teams in Adelaide and Melbourne. Whether your wedding is in Victoria, South Australia or interstate, we’re always happy to travel.
How do your wedding packages work?
Each collection is designed for a different kind of day. You choose the coverage you need and we capture everything included in it, from getting ready and the ceremony to portraits and the reception, depending on your hours.
How long does it take to receive our photos and videos?
Your complete photo gallery is delivered within 3 weeks, with a sneak peek within 48 hours. Your wedding films are delivered within 5 weeks.
How will we receive our images and videos?
Everything is delivered through an online gallery where you can download, share and order prints. Your films are delivered as high-resolution digital files.
How do payments work?
The quote builder shows three ways to pay: in full, monthly until the wedding, or a deposit and instalments. Choose the one that suits you when you send your quote, and we set it up in your couple portal.
Can we customise a package?
Absolutely. If you need extra hours or have something particular in mind, we’re happy to shape a collection around your day. The quote builder prices any length hour by hour.
Can we meet you before booking?
Of course. Book a free online or in-person consultation and we’ll chat about your wedding plans and answer any questions.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Every collection includes travel within 50 km of Melbourne CBD or Adelaide CBD. For regional or remote venues further out, any travel cost is set out clearly in your quote.
